We want you to love your nails—and your experience shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
- Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through www.kapugel.com. We cannot process returns for products purchased through third-party retailers.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may still return or exchange it. Photographic evidence may be required in such cases.
Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products, including but not limited to:
- Nail polishes, gels, or liquids that have been opened or tested.
- Nail tools, bits, or files that are no longer sealed.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Return Process
All return requests must be submitted via email to info@kapugel.com. Please include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Product(s) to be returned (name and quantity)
- Photo evidence of condition of the item(s) (unused, damaged, or defective)
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Example:
Subject: Return Request – Order #12345
Hello, I would like to return the following items from my recent order:
- 1 x Clear Builder Gel (Unused)
- 1 x Nail Drill Bit Set (Damaged)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- The appropriate return shipping address
- Instructions for preparing and shipping your return
Returns must include the RA# to be processed.
Return Shipping Fees
Currently customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
After your return is received and inspected:
- If your return meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
- If you have requested an exchange, your replacement product will be shipped once the return has been processed.
- We will notify you via email when your return has been completed.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if returned products do not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
