Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, including nail polish, nail tools, and other consumable products.
Exchanges
- If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll gladly offer an exchange for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@kapugel.com to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may ask for photos of the damaged product to assist with processing your return or exchange.
